ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on our sites and mobile applications.

Volusia Community Arts accepts credit and debit card payments online and at the door, as well as cash at
the door through Eventbrite.

Eventbrite acts as the agent to those who provide events, such as artists, venues, teams, fan clubs, promoters, and leagues the “Event Organizer” (AKA Volusia Community Arts, Inc.). We generally sell tickets on behalf of the Event Organizer. When you purchase a ticket for an event, Eventbrite will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the Event Organizer.

Eventbrite sells tickets on behalf of Volusia Community Arts, Inc., which means Eventbrite does not set
the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Event Organizers typically set the face price of their
tickets. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including websites, apps, and box
offices.

Your order is confirmed when an email is sent to you, which will include a copy of your ticket/tickets
purchased. It is your responsibility to make sure you print or save your tickets to your mobile device.
Eventbrite or Volusia Community Arts, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.

Tickets purchased through Eventbrite are subject to, among other possible fees, a per ticket service fee
and a per order processing fee. Taxes are collected as required by state and local laws.

All sales are final, and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances. Before you submit to purchase
your tickets, it is your responsibility to confirm that your information is correct and the ticket/tickets you
are about to purchase are also correct. Volusia Community Arts, Inc., will not be responsible for
transactions that have been canceled by the creditor for incorrect information, input by you that voids
your purchase.

Account, Order, and Billing Information Verification
All information on accounts and orders must be valid and will be subject to verification. Orders are
subject to credit card approval and are processed only after the billing address associated with your
